Agreement

By accessing embedder.lat or using Embedder services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

Embedder provides vector indexing, embedding, and retrieval infrastructure for AI applications. Features, availability, and pricing may change during our early access period. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload platform infrastructure.
• Do not submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Maintain the confidentiality of API keys and account credentials.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embedder Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Questions may be directed to legal@embedder.lat.
